What we collect when you write to us, book a meeting or enter the contest, what we use it for, and how to have it removed. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
What you type into a form on this site: your name, work email, organization, job title, and your message or contest entry. What you give us when you book a meeting: your name, email, and the time you chose. Nothing else. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
To reply to you. To arrange the meeting you booked. To run and judge the contest, if you entered it. If you ticked the box asking to hear about Miraai's work, we will write to you occasionally about it, and you can stop that at any time by replying and saying so.
Our forms and bookings run on Microsoft 365 services in Miraai's own account. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Miraai except the service providers that host those tools.
For as long as we are in a conversation with you. Contest entries are kept until the winner is announced and for twelve months after, so that we can answer any question about the selection, and are then deleted. If you ask us to remove your information sooner, we will.
Write to hello@miraai.me to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. If you entered the contest, the same address withdraws your entry.
