Assessments built for the job

A hiring test built for your jobs, not somebody else's.

We build personality, judgment and reasoning assessments around the roles you hire for, starting from your own job descriptions and the situations your people face, and they are ready in weeks. Candidates finish them, and you can show how every score was reached.

Scenes from real jobs
The problem

Your jobs are specific, though the tests you use may be generic.

Off-the-shelf assessments are built around the average version of a role, so they describe people well and say little about who will do well in yours. Building your own used to take six figures and at least six months, which is why most organizations never did.

We build yours in weeks from your job descriptions, your performance reviews and the situations your people actually face. Psychologists still make every judgment call, and what has changed is how fast the slow work behind those calls gets done. AI builds and checks the assessment. No AI model scores, ranks or rejects a candidate.

The standard assessments are priced per candidate. A test built for your job is a fixed fee, quoted before we start, and it runs on the same per-candidate basis once it is live.

How we build it

Built by psychologists, tested before it is used, and kept current.

AI does the slow part of the build, drafting and screening thousands of questions before a candidate sees one, and every assessment is still tried on real people before it counts for anybody. Every enterprise client then gets a psychologist and a client director by name, who keep your assessments and scoring current as your roles and your workforce change.

Psychologists

design every assessment and sign off every stage of the build, and the sign-offs are kept.

Tried on people

before it counts for anybody, and checked for fairness across groups: among 15,000 applicants under real stakes, first- and second-language candidates differed by no more than a tenth of a standard deviation on any factor.

Documented

in a full validation study, public on the Open Science Framework, so a challenged decision has a record behind it rather than an opinion.

ISO 27001

Delivered on Podium365, run by Allied Assessments under ISO/IEC 27001, and already connected to the main applicant tracking systems.

Other vendors use AI to cut time and cost. We use it to do more science, and to rebuild assessments properly.
The people

The people you will work with.

Three founders, and no sales team between you and the psychologist who builds your assessment. The people who build it are the people you meet, and they stay with it after it goes live.

Send us one job description.

We'll build the first scene for it and show you, so you can look at the real thing instead of reading about it.
