Most assessment platforms make you take the whole product, on their terms, in their look. Podium is modular by design: you pick the scales, map them to your competency model, brand the experience as your own, and run it in the languages your candidates speak.

◆ 02 · Security and integrity
Assessment data is some of the most sensitive information an employer holds about a person. The platform is audited to the international standard for managing it, and the assessment session itself is watched for the behaviors that signal a compromised result.
SOC 2 compliant. The platform's controls for security, availability and confidentiality are independently audited against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, the standard US enterprise procurement teams ask for first.
ISO 27001 certified. Podium's information security management system is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security. Data protection practices are GDPR compliant, and every API call runs over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 enforced and short-lived, token-based authentication.
AI-powered facial validation confirms that the person who completes the assessment is the person who was invited to take it.
Behavior monitoring built around how a test was taken, not what the answers contain. It surfaces the patterns that go with outside help so a reviewer can look, and it never makes the decision on its own.
Single sign-on for your administrators, role-based permissions, and an audit trail of who did what and when. Candidate data stays scoped to the people who need it.

Your recruiters should never have to leave their ATS to send an assessment or read a result. Podium's integration API is documented, versioned, and in production use: create a candidate, assign an assessment, track progress, and pull scored results and reports straight back into your workflow.

REST API with JWT bearer authentication, TLS 1.2, and webhook callbacks for completion and scoring events. Store your own integration IDs on every participant so records reconcile without manual matching. Full documentation is published on podium365.com.
Nothing changes about where they work. Assessments are sent from the ATS, progress shows in the ATS, and scores come back to the candidate record. Reports open with one click. If your ATS can call an API, it can drive Podium.
