Career guidance is broken.
We're rebuilding the whole journey.

Most people decide what to do with their working lives using a quiz from another century and advice from whoever happens to be nearby. Miraai replaces that with a guided journey: an image-based assessment, an AI career guide, and live maps of real jobs and pathways, all built on published science. The same architecture runs early-careers programs, internal mobility, and national employability initiatives.

01 · The problem

A generation choosing by guesswork.

More than a billion young people are choosing what to study, where to work, and who to become, and the systems meant to guide them were not built for any of it. The cost shows up in youth unemployment, in skills mismatch, and in talent that never finds its place.

A

Guidance is scarce, and scarcest where it matters most.

Counselor ratios are unmanageable, and the students with the fewest professional networks at home get the least support at school. The gap compounds: exposure, internships and mentors flow to those who already have them.

B

The tools are shallow.

Static interest inventories and type quizzes ignore values, context and readiness, and they are easy to second-guess. They tell people which box they fit, not who they could become or what to watch out for on the way.

C

Advice is disconnected from reality.

Recommendations rarely touch the live labor market: what is growing, what is declining, and what it actually takes to get in. The mismatch between education, values and real pathways costs economies billions and costs individuals their momentum.

The fix is not a better quiz. It is a better journey, from self-understanding to a concrete, realistic plan.

02 · The journey

From who you are to where you belong.

Miraai is one connected journey in four stages. Each one feeds the next, and an AI guide carries the thread, so insight turns into direction and direction turns into a plan.

1

Discover

The Miraai assessment

An image-based assessment that feels like a story and reads like science. Forced-choice scenarios surface instinctive preferences across personality, interests, values and abilities, including where a strength tips into a risk. No grids of statements, and no box at the end.

2

Understand

Mira, the AI career guide

One continuous, natural conversation, with no modules and no menus. Mira explains results, asks the questions a good counselor would ask, and follows up. Chats are not kept; what is remembered is minimal and structured: goals, results, next steps. Personalization without surveillance, with safeguarding built in.

3

Explore

The live opportunity graph

A continuously refreshed map of real labor-market demand, matched on psychological fit (traits, values, environment) rather than keyword overlap. Every match explains why it fits, what the outlook is, and which doors it opens next.

4

Build

The pathway builder

Routes from here to there: degrees, certifications, apprenticeships and stackable alternatives, filtered by cost, location, duration and accessibility, with the low-cost and high-access options shown first. Several realistic ways in, not one expensive one.

The same architecture runs early-careers programs, internal mobility, and national employability initiatives: guidance that does not end at the score.

03 · My Path

The journey, built as an app.

My Path is the guidance journey built for students. Underneath is a standard interests, values and personality assessment. On top of it is a place: six doors off one bright studio, a mentor behind each door, and the student's own route through four stages: discover, explore, plan, act. The scales, scoring and norms stay standard; the mentors provide the setting and nothing else.

My Path: the studio hub
The hub Six mentors, six doors. The floor fills with color as the student progresses.
My Path: an interest item with a five-point scale
The items A mentor, one short statement, and a plain five-point scale.
My Path: a values dilemma between two mentors
Values Two mentors, two positions, and a graded slider between them. The work values inventory, in their voices.
My Path: recommended careers with fit scores
The paths Fifteen to twenty careers, each with a fit score and a reason, plus one deliberate wildcard from a neighboring field.
My Path: a career profile page
The career page Daily tasks, a day-in-the-life video, salary bands, outlook and skills, from a library of several hundred occupations.
My Path: the career guide chat panel
The guide Answers only from the verified career library, cites its source, and hands anything else to a counselor.

Audio narration on every item doubles as the accessibility accommodation. Students can stop and pick up where they left off, and retake under rules a counselor sets. If someone rushes or answers in a pattern, the counselor is told; the student never sees a flag. The same structure fits a school district, a university, a scholarship scheme or a national program.
